Compliance

compliance-3

Corporate legislation in South Africa has become more stringent over the last decade.  Non-compliance has severe financial and legal implications.  Many entities need guidance to obtain 100% compliance.

We can assist entities to implement internal policies and procedures designed to prevent and detect violations of applicable laws, regulations, rules and ethical standards by employees, agents and others. It involves legal risk management and internal controls.

Altimax’s goal is to let an entity focus its attention on generating revenue and profits in an already difficult economic climate.

After we have reached compliance, we monitor the entity’s needs on a periodic basis and ensure that the documents to be submitted remain updated and relevant.  We also ensure that the entity timeously submits the required documents.
